Borve fishing disasters: remembering lost ancestors

For generations, the sea has provided for the community of Borve, yet it has also claimed many lives. The Borve Fishing Disasters are a testament to the harsh realities faced by our fishing ancestors. Each tragedy left its mark on the impacted families and on the wider community, shaping the resilience and spirit of those who remained.
